Busy Vascular Surgery practice with 25+ providers and 7 office locations in the Northwest Metro Atlanta area is seeking a patient scheduling representative to join the team in our centralized call center. Job will be located at our Marietta location. Ideally, candidate should have experience on phones.
Job duties will include, but not be limited to
- Answering high volume of incoming calls daily
- Scheduling patients in all office locations
- Registering patients over the phone
- Reviewing, working and indexing faxes
- Make outgoing calls to reach out to patients that need rescheduling
Candidate must be able to work well with others on the team, exhibit compassion and exemplary customer service skills when dealing with patients on the phone, be a highly motivated self-starter who can manage time well and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
