This position will act as a trainer to our professional staff to provide maximum efficiency in providing high-quality care in the process of filling eyeglass prescriptions under the treatment plan mindset
Work to deliver an engaging learning experience
Assisting in the coordination and development of training for staff
Conduct employee training and organizational development, and coordinate activities in order to enhance the integration of new staff
Ensures proper training of staff through a better understanding of job descriptions and computer software
Work closely with the leadership team to nurture a high-quality learning environment in compliance with professional standards
Identify training and development needs within the organization through job analysis and frequent consultation with the leadership team.
Assist with designing, developing, and implementing training and processes with both the company’s requirements and team members’ needs.
Collaborate with the leadership team in training development and delivery.
Ensure training and development are consistently delivered across teams and locations (techniques, objectives, direction, etc.).
Provide technical support and guidance to staff members.
Collaborate to ensure smooth coordination of training times and spaces.
Assist with role-playing and live monitoring.
Periodically evaluate ongoing training programs to ensure that they reflect current policies and processes.
Maintain a schedule of all ongoing training.
Willingness to travel throughout the United States to meet all training needs.
Perform other office duties as assigned.
Basic keyboarding skills and some experience with Word, Excel, and an aptitude to learn and apply new software applications quickly.
