JOB
This position plays a vital role in supporting new student processes and providing high-quality customer service to students seeking enrollment. Responsibilities include assisting students with admissions applications, residency determination, financial aid applications, and connecting students to various wrap-around support services while also providing support with continuing education registration, appointment scheduling, and providing both in-person and online assistance. This position requires excellent oral and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and an outgoing, student-focused personality with exceptional interpersonal abilities to work in a fast-paced environment. The Assistant reports directly to the Director of Student Access and Financial Aid.

Assist with making Welcome Packets for mailing
