NG Builders is growing, and we are looking for experienced Carpenters and Construction Laborers to join our team.
We recently increased our bonding capacity, have multiple projects already awarded, and have additional projects on the way. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, we are expanding our field team and looking for dependable, hardworking construction professionals who want steady opportunities and the chance to grow with our company.

CARPENTER — DAILY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Carpenters will be responsible for performing skilled carpentry work and assisting with various phases of construction. Typical duties may include:
- Reading and understanding plans, drawings, measurements, and layouts
- Performing rough and finish carpentry as required by the project
- Wood and metal framing
- Installing blocking, backing, doors, hardware, trim, and other building components
- Building and installing forms for concrete work when required
- Measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing construction materials accurately
- Using hand tools, power tools, saws, levels, and other construction equipment safely
- Performing demolition, repairs, punch-list work, and general construction tasks
- Coordinating with foremen, superintendents, subcontractors, and other crew members
- Maintaining quality workmanship and completing assigned work efficiently
- Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Following project plans, company procedures, and jobsite safety requirements
- Assisting other trades and crew members when necessary to keep projects moving
Carpenter Qualifications
- Previous professional construction and carpentry experience
- Knowledge of standard construction methods, materials, and tools
- Ability to accurately use a tape measure and basic layout tools
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a crew
- Reliable transportation to and from assigned jobsites
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to perform physically demanding construction work
- Commitment to jobsite safety and quality workmanship
CONSTRUCTION LABORER — DAILY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Construction Laborers will support carpenters, foremen, superintendents, and other crew members with day-to-day field operations. Typical duties may include:
- Loading, unloading, moving, and staging construction materials
- Assisting carpenters and other skilled trades with assigned tasks
- Performing demolition and jobsite preparation
- Cleaning and preparing work areas
- Removing construction debris and maintaining organized jobsites
- Digging, grading, backfilling, and performing general site work as required
- Using basic hand and power tools safely
- Setting up and breaking down tools, equipment, and work areas
- Assisting with concrete, framing, blocking, and general construction activities
- Protecting completed work and existing building conditions
- Following instructions from foremen and supervisors
- Following all company and project-specific safety requirements
- Helping the crew maintain production schedules and project deadlines
Laborer Qualifications
- Previous construction experience preferred
- Familiarity with basic construction tools and jobsite procedures
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to work effectively as part of a construction crew
- Reliable transportation to and from assigned jobsites
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
- Ability to lift and move construction materials and perform physically demanding work
- Strong awareness of jobsite safety
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

- Have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Provide professional/work references upon request
- Have relevant construction experience
- Be dependable and report to work on time and ready to work
- Be able to follow directions from foremen, superintendents, and project management
- Follow company and jobsite safety policies
- Work professionally and respectfully with coworkers, subcontractors, clients, and other project personnel
- Be willing to work at different project locations as assigned
