Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems
- Install water, waste, vent, and gas piping systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing drawings
- Measure, cut, thread, and assemble various piping materials
- Install plumbing fixtures, valves, pumps, and equipment
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and proper operation
- Perform repairs and troubleshooting as needed
- Work safely while following OSHA and jobsite safety requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial plumbing experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
- Experience with commercial construction projects
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with soldering, brazing, threading, and pipe installation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding environments
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license required
- CDL is a plus but not required
