Golden Peak Dental is looking for a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team.

A Hygiene Role Built Around Patient Care
Golden Peak isn't looking for someone to simply move patients through a hygiene column.
Our hygienists are important partners in prevention, periodontal health, patient education, and comprehensive treatment. You'll have the opportunity to get to know your patients, help them understand what's happening with their oral health, and work closely with our doctors to provide thoughtful, individualized care.
Patient education is a major part of how Golden Peak practices dentistry. We use clinical photos, conversations, and comprehensive exams to help patients understand their options and make informed decisions about their health.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care
- Complete periodontal assessments and charting
- Perform prophylaxis and scaling and root planing as appropriate
- Take diagnostic dental x-rays
- Educate patients about periodontal health, prevention, and home care
- Discuss the connection between oral health and overall health
- Build long-term relationships with patients
- Identify clinical concerns and collaborate with the doctors on comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Work closely with our assistants, doctors, and front office team
- Help create a comfortable, positive patient experience
Who We're Looking For
- Active Colorado Dental Hygienist license, or eligibility for licensure
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong patient communication and education skills
- Commitment to thorough, high-quality care
- Team-oriented and dependable
- Organized and attentive to detail
- Comfortable learning and using modern dental technology
- Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar software is helpful
New graduates are welcome. Golden Peak offers mentorship and professional development to help newer hygienists build confidence and strong clinical habits as they transition into practice.
