Responsibilities:
- Support the Manager in daily shop operations, including opening/closing duties
- Supervise and train staff to maintain quality, speed, and consistency
- Handle scheduling, inventory checks, and restocking as needed
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health standards
- Assist with customer service issues and resolve concerns promptly
- Help with social media, promotions, or events when needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience in food service or retail management preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
