MemorialCare is seeking an Interventional Radiology Tech to join its radiology team in Long Beach, CA. The ideal candidate must have 1+ year of experience, with first-time travelers accepted depending on experience.

Perform specialized interventional radiology procedures

Set up equipment and maintain a sterile field

Interpret dysrhythmias and assist with endovascular interventions

Scrub, circulate, and monitor interventional procedures

Use Omnicell for medication management

Document procedures electronically

Experience: 1+ year in Interventional Radiology

Certifications:

Electronic Documentation: Required (any system)

Call Requirement: Yes

Weekend Coverage: Every third weekend

Scrubbing and circulating procedures

Vascular closure systems
-
Various interventional radiology techniques, including:

Angioplasty, embolization, stent placement

Liver biopsy, thoracentesis, paracentesis

Inferior & superior vena cavogram

Endovascular interventions

Pay Rate: $60.00-$65.00/hour

Overtime: 1.5x after 12 hours/day or 60 hours/week

Holiday Pay: Includes New Year's Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas
