This employee would increase sales and utilize clinical expertise to identify potential internal patient candidates for additional equipment and services
JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Generates leads via data-driven sales prospecting.
- Generates leads via internal reports and patient consultation.
- Cultivates long-term relationships with physicians and referral sources.
- Meets monthly sales goals via interactions with new and existing referral sources.
- Manages the consistent, ongoing presence of sales messaging throughout territory.
- Facilitates educational in-services with referral sources to spotlight and grow each of the five focus product categories.
- Presents clinical follow-up and patient reporting to existing referral sources.
- Trains other Healthcare Specialists and conducts new franchise setups.
- Travels throughout territory.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Deftly interact with physician and hospital call points, as well as internal team members.
- Computer and technological literacy.
- Positive and professional personal image.
- Complete a concentrated medical terminology and sales, technique-driven training program.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of two to three years of experience in home healthcare Required
- Must be familiar with equipment and services provided in the home health care setting, or other experience in patient care
- Must complete all training/education required to obtain certification, registration, and/or license
- Must be a clinician authorized within his/her scope of practice (as established by applicable state law or if none, by the applicable national board) to provide all patient care services offered by the company from time to time
- Must remain certified, registered, or licensed by the applicable state and/or national board governing his/her clinical practice or as otherwise permitted by law
- Subject to state law/regulation RNs, LPNs, LVNs, paramedics, EMTs, and other clinicians may also be qualified for this position
- If applicable, based on the requirements of the state, in addition to a valid state license, the current National Board of Respiratory Care Credentials may also be required for CRTs and RRTs
