Compensation & Sign-On Bonus
- Pay Rate: $40.00 per hour
- Frequency: Paid weekly every Friday
- New-Hire Cash Bonus: $200.00 total payout ($100 after 10 shifts, remaining $100 after 30 shifts)
- Referral Bonus: $250.00 extra after your referred employee completes 450 hours

- Full-Time (FT): 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Part-Time (PT): 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

- Valid New York LPN license and current registration.
- Updated physical examination documentation.
