Responsibilities

- Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
- Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food and ensuring timely service
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service experiences in both restaurant and banquet settings
- Manage kitchen inventory, monitor ingredient freshness, and assist with ordering supplies as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in dietary department settings or dietary aide roles is highly desirable
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within the food industry or restaurant environment
- Demonstrated skills in menu planning, meal preparation, and culinary techniques including knife skills
- Experience working in fine dining establishments or catering environments is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation standards is essential
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to serve efficiently under pressure
- Prior kitchen experience involving food service, restaurant operations, or culinary roles
