Your Role:
As a COTA, you’ll support adult and geriatric patients under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. You will:
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care based on individualized treatment plans
- Assist in developing and implementing plans of care tailored to patients’ needs
- Document treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately
- Monitor and encourage patients during therapy and activities of daily living
- Supervise patient exercises and report progress to the Occupational Therapist
- Promote patient safety and well-being in all therapeutic activities
What You Need:
- Valid New York State COTA License
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) or acute care preferred
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Sponsorship not available
