Duties

- Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and proper food handling procedures
- Coordinate shift schedules, manage inventory levels, and control costs to maximize profitability
- Maintain compliance with health regulations and food safety standards through regular inspections and training
- Implement training programs on culinary techniques, customer service excellence, and food safety practices
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to promote positive dining experiences
Skills
- Extensive management experience within the food industry, including supervising teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of food production, cooking techniques, and food preparation methods
- Proven expertise in food service management, restaurant operations, and kitchen management
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork
- In-depth understanding of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling
- Experience with catering, banquet services, or dietary department operations is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
- Ability to manage shift schedules effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
- Familiarity with culinary trends, beverage service including barista or coffee experience is advantageous
