We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Personal Assistant to the Dentist to join our growing practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and can help keep both personal and professional responsibilities running smoothly.
As the Dentist’s Personal Assistant, you will support day-to-day administrative, scheduling, communication, and operational tasks while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Manage personal and professional calendar scheduling
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel, and events
- Assist with emails, calls, and communication follow-up
- Help organize projects, documents, and office tasks
- Track deadlines, reminders, and priority items
- Run occasional errands or assist with special projects
- Support business operations and administrative needs
- Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or administrative coordinator preferred but not essential
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and professionalism
- Ability to prioritize and work independently
- Strong computer skills (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, email, scheduling tools)
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Reliable and trustworthy
