Make a real impact on residents’ daily lives
Assist residents with daily care needs including bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers, and ADLs
Monitor resident safety and report changes in condition promptly
Respond to call lights and perform routine rounds
Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident environments
Accurately document care and communicate with nursing staff
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
Active Missouri CNA certification – required
Current CPR/BLS certification
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
Strong communication skills
