We’re currently hiring for:
- Banquet Servers
- Culinary Support Staff
- Special Event Bartenders
No formal experience required for most positions—just a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. However, bartending positions do require at least one year of prior experience.
Please note: All new employees will complete their training over the summer and begin working regular shifts starting in the fall season.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide professional, polished guest service
- Set up and break down event spaces, including tables and equipment
- Load/unload event vehicles
- Pass hors d’oeuvres, wine, cocktails, etc.
- Support food service stations and plated dinners
- Clear dishes, glassware, and keep service areas tidy
- Assist with bar setup and beverage service
- Communicate menu details and ingredients to guests
Who You Are:
- At least 16 years old (21+ for bartending roles)
- Available nights and weekends (a must)
- Have reliable transportation
- Thrive in fast-paced, outdoor settings
- Can stand, walk, and lift up to 15 lbs. for extended periods
- Team-oriented, dependable, and communicative
