For over 25 years, Gulfshore Chiropractic Clinics has proudly served the Bonita Springs and Naples communities. We are a family-owned chiropractic practice looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Patient Care Coordinator to become the welcoming face of our office.
Our patients become like family, and we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people while creating an exceptional patient experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients with a warm, friendly attitude
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Check patients in and out
- Collect copays and process payments
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with patient paperwork
- Prepare patients for their appointments
- Maintain accurate electronic patient records
- Help keep the office running smoothly as part of a team
We're Looking for Someone Who Is:

Previous medical or chiropractic office experience is preferred but not required. We're happy to train the right person with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Schedule
35–40 hours per week
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
After 90 days, you'll receive:

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
