Description

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with home health experience for a 13-week day shift contract in Missouri.

Details

Home health setting with field-based patient visits
Caseload of 8–11 patients per day depending on travel time
Productivity expectation of 4–5 visits per day depending on area and travel
Monday through Friday day shifts, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with potential for a Tuesday–Friday schedule if needed
No weekend, call, or floating requirements
EMR: Meditech
13-week contract

Requirements

Missouri PT state license required; PT compact privileges may be accepted
Current BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
Home health experience required
Two professional references required for consideration
Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
License required if applicable

One other therapist on staff at this location
Royal blue scrubs required
Mileage reimbursement provided at the IRS standard mileage rate
