Bloomington Mow and Snow is hiring full-time Lawn Care Technicians to start immediately.
We are looking for hardworking, dependable individuals who enjoy working outdoors and want to be part of a growing team.
POSITION DETAILS
- Full-time position
- 30–40 hours per week
- Typical schedule from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend availability required
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
- W-2 position
- Immediate availability preferred
PAY
- Starting pay: $18/hour
- $20/hour once training is completed and skills have been demonstrated (2-4 weeks depending on skill level and speed of learning)
- Employees who become crew leaders/foremen can earn $22-$25/hour
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lawn mowing
- String trimming
- Backpack blower
- Bush and hedge trimming
- Weeding landscape beds
- Mulch installation
- Property cleanups and general property maintenance
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Minnesota driver's license
- Ability to drive company vehicles
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to perform physical outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Previous experience in a trade or similar outdoor work is required
- Experience in the lawn care/landscaping industry is a plus, but not required
- English is a plus, but not required
- Must be eligible to receive direct deposit and complete all required employment paperwork
