The Receiving Associate is responsible for the organization, input and maintenance of all inbound cargo receipts and information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Picking: Pull and prepare product for binning
- Put-Away: Safely move product to storage locations
- Efficiently stack and store the product in the appropriate areas
- Load, unload, move, stack and stage product using a forklift or other power equipment.
- Proficient using both stand up and sit-down versions of forklifts.
- Use radio frequency equipment for picking and put away as required.
- Maintain the facilities equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion.
- Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods.
- Safety/Sanitation: Responsible general housekeeping to ensure our warehouse standards are met in a safe and professional manner. This may include sweeping, consolidation of product, organizing product and other tasks as necessary.
Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- 1 - 3 years warehouse experience
- Ability to maneuver up to 60 pounds, walk, bend and reach for extended periods and push carts up to 25 pounds
