Integrity Healthcare of Marion is seeking a Social Services Director for our Marion, Illinois Skilled Nursing Facility to assist in providing exceptional services and programming for our residents.
Responsibilities include:
- program development and maintenance,
- medically related social services,
- compliance with regulatory requirements,
- and complete oversight of the social service and psychosocial needs of our residents.
Requirements
- A minimum of a 2 years experience in a social services field desired,
- A bachelor degree is required and experience working with the aged population is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills required
Pay is commensurate upon experience and education.
