As a Web Sales Representative, you will drive the growth of our business by achieving and exceeding sales targets. Your role will involve closing new leads, supporting existing clients, and creating tailored proposals for website design and development services. You’ll be responsible for negotiating contracts, payment terms, and delivery milestones to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed sales goals by closing web design and development deals and managing leads effectively.
Lead & Client Management:
- Manage leads in PipeDrive CRM, follow up with prospects, and build relationships to drive sales.
Client Communication:
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and present the value of our services, guiding them through the sales cycle.
Proposal & Pricing:
- Create and present custom quotes, pricing schedules, and proposals using PandaDoc.
Negotiation & Closing:
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring clients are aligned with pricing and project milestones.
Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal teams for long-term success.
Requirements:
● Sales & Communication Skills: Strong understanding of the sales process, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage and build relationships with clients.
● Customer-Focused: Positive attitude with a commitment to exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
● CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools (e.g., PipeDrive, Salesforce) to manage sales pipelines and client relationships.
● Web Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of web design and development processes.
● Negotiation & Listening: Strong ability to understand client needs, negotiate deals, and close sales.
● Experience: Prior experience in web sales, marketing, or account management is mandatory.

This role is structured with a base remuneration plus a monthly sales commission of up to 13% of sales in total. For example, assuming $100,000 in monthly sales, total compensation could be around $13,000. The base remuneration is $3,000.
