As an AT&T Customer Service Team Member, you’ll receive training to address common concerns with AT&T Fiber’s high-speed internet. You’ll tackle connectivity issues and present fiber’s reliability and transparency as the solution. The AT&T Customer Service Team Member focuses on resolving pain points, ensuring our customers leave with answers and optimism.
Responsibilities of the AT&T Customer Service Team Member
- Provide exceptional customer care by assisting customers with AT&T Fiber services while supporting solution-oriented sales conversations.
- Understand each customer's internet needs before recommending Fiber plans that align with their household connectivity requirements.
- Explain installation timelines, internet speeds, whole-home Wi-Fi, and service features with clarity and confidence.
- Complete customer enrollments, account updates, and service requests while maintaining accurate customer information.
- Monitor customer cases and provide timely follow-up to ensure a smooth installation and service experience.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while identifying opportunities to enhance service value through additional sales solutions.
Qualifications of the AT&T Customer Service Team Member
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Interest in sales or customer service is a plus; no prior experience needed.
- Comfortable discussing AT&T Fiber plans and internet services.
- Ability to balance customer service with consultative sales opportunities.
- Detail-oriented with effective time management skills.
Pay: $58,974.10 - $71,022.57 per year
