We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sous Chef for our commissary kitchen in Kennesaw who is motivated to feed thousands of students each day. Must love working with food, have a great personality and enjoy the early morning shift!

Hours: Monday-Friday 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- produce high quality meals that kids love to eat
- assist in managing and training the kitchen staff
- demonstrate exemplary customer service skills
- implement and maintain HACCP standards
- develop client and customer relationships
- communicate clearly, professionally and effectively
- create a positive team environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of professional food service experience
- Awesome team development skills
- High energy and stamina
- Knowledge of current food trends
- Community/ service minded
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Culinary degree preferred but not required
