Physical Therapist Assistant

Currently seeking a full time and permanent Physical Therapist Assistant to treat in specific zip codes of Kent County, DE area for a well established, non-profit and medicare certified agency.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM (some flexibility) with a once a month weekend rotation, one winter one summer rotation
Compensation and Benefits for Physical Therapist Assistant:
- Highly competitive hourly rate ranging from approximately $28.00 - $35.00 per hour (depending on years of experience and qualification) plus additional per diem rates for any overtime visits completed!

Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist Assistant:
- Conduct in home visits for adult and geriatric medicare patients in specific zip codes of Kent County, DE
- Collaborate with Physical Therapist, Registered Nurse and other interdisciplinary team members on patient care
Requirements of the Physical Therapist Assistant:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of previous experience working as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- All candidates MUST be licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of DE (or compact)
- Prior geriatric clinical experience is highly preferred
