What You'll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and timely communication.
- Manage client onboarding, account maintenance, and service requests.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-up activities.
- Prepare and process paperwork, applications, and client documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain and update client records and databases.
- Track outstanding items and proactively ensure deadlines are met.
- Support the advisor with administrative and operational tasks.
- Help create a seamless and welcoming client experience from start to finish.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently and professionally.
