Provides leadership, clinical and administrative oversight to Community Supports Housing Navigators. Ensures quality service delivery, staff development, regulatory compliance, contract performance, and collaboration with Managed Care Plans and community partners.

Supervise, coach, and evaluate Housing Navigators.

Provide regular case consultation and guidance on complex member situations.

Monitor productivity, documentation quality, and program outcomes.

Ensure compliance with MediCal, contract, and organizational requirements.

Facilitate team meetings, onboarding, and ongoing training.

Attend required monthly supervisor meetings, partner meetings, and case consultations.

Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with Managed Care Plans, landlords, and community providers while expanding resource and referral networks.

Support quality improvement initiatives and reporting requirements.

Assist with staffing, scheduling, and operational planning.

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in a behavioral health or human services field.

Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in housing, case management, or community services.

Previous supervisory or lead experience required.

Strong knowledge of MediCal Community Supports, housing resources, and documentation standards.

Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

Successfully complete all required background, registry, and exclusion screenings, including LEIE/OIG checks.
