Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) - $2,160/Week
Location: Atlanta, GA
Contract: 13 Weeks (08/17/2026 – 11/14/2026)
Shift: Days | 3x12 | 36 Hours/Week
Candidate Type: Local & Travel Accepted
Travel Pay: $55 - $60/Hour
Local Pay: $53/hour
Mandatory Requirements to Apply:
- Active Georgia RN License or Compact RN License (if applicable)
- AHA BLS & ACLS Certifications (Required)
- Minimum 2 years of recent PCU/IMCU experience in a similar-sized hospital
- Previous Travel RN experience required
- Experience caring for cardiac patients
- Experience with cardiac drips (Milrinone, Dobutamine, Pressors)
- EPIC EMR experience preferred
- Must be willing to float to all PCU/IMCU units
- Minimal RTO accepted
- Badge-appropriate photo required for submission
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to Progressive Care and Intermediate Care patients.
- Monitor and manage cardiac patients, including STEMI, NSTEMI, CTS, and chest pain cases.
- Administer cardiac drips and monitor patient responses.
- Float to PCU, IMCU, and telemetry units based on patient care needs.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team while maintaining accurate documentation in EPIC.
Bonus & Benefits + Salary
- Weekly Pay: Up to $2,160/week
- Taxable Pay: $10.00/hour (W-2)
- Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: Up to $1,800 (for eligible travelers)
- Overtime Pay: $65.00/hour
