Shift Patterns
- Monday through Friday, 2:45 pm to 11:00 pm
Pay Rates
Essential Requirements for Quality Technician
- Ability to lift 30 lbs repetitively
- Understanding of aluminum alloys and heat treatment processes
- Experience reading and interpreting technical blueprints
- Proficiency with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and coordinate measuring machines
- Experience with sand casting, die casting, or permanent mold processes
Desirable Requirements for Quality Technician
- ASQ Quality Certifications (CQI or QCT)
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Role Responsibilities for Quality Technician
- Measure and inspect parts for accuracy and defects using specialized equipment
- Record inspection results accurately in the computer system
- Identify, report, and contain parts that do not meet company or customer standards
- Perform product and process audits to ensure ongoing compliance
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve manufacturing issues
