Full Job Description:
A growing Property Management company is seeking a reliable, dependable, organized, and motivated Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, works independently, and takes initiative when handling tasks and projects.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to emails and assist with general office correspondence.
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Provide administrative support to the maintenance and accounting departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Record and maintain accurate tenant information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organize, file, and maintain office paperwork and electronic records.
- Assist with managing property owner licenses renewal and property-related records.
- Prepare, create, and update monthly invoices and rent roll.
- Complete additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Previous office or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for someone who is dependable, proactive, and eager to contribute to a team-oriented environment. The successful candidate will be comfortable handling multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Work schedule are 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday from 10:00AM-5:00PM.
