Position Overview
We are seeking a Commercial Install Superintendent / Project Coordinator to join our Commercial Install team. This hybrid role combines the leadership of a superintendent with the organization of a project coordinator. You will oversee three commercial install crews and manage multiple projects totaling several million in annual revenue.
*Manage 3-4 crews daily, projects range anywhere from 1-day to multiple months.
We want to emphasize we need someone who is INCREDIBLY organized!
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead and motivate field crews to achieve production goals.
- Manage schedules, budgets, and documentation with precision.
- Communicate clearly with customers, general contractors, and internal teams.
- Drive projects to completion on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Be rewarded with the opportunity to make performance-based income when projects hit or exceed production goals.
This is a fast-moving, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll balance field leadership with project coordination, keeping production on track while delivering a great customer experience.
Ramp-Up Expectations
- First 30 Days: Learn our systems, safety culture, and processes while building relationships with crews, general contractors, and internal teams. Shadow projects to understand expectations and begin contributing with support.
- 60 Days: Take ownership of select projects. Lead daily crew activities, track production, coordinate materials, and communicate directly with customers and contractors. Begin driving efficiencies and identifying improvements.
- 90 Days: Fully manage three install crews and multiple projects. Own schedules, budgets, and documentation while ensuring jobs are completed on time and to customer satisfaction. Demonstrate accountability for production goals and the opportunity to earn performance-based income.

Compensation
This is a salaried role in which the base pay is $70k w/ the ability to earn a monthly bonus based on production. Full details will be discussed during the interview.
