Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support, sales and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including in person, phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and product information in a timely manner.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer concerns or promote services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry in our systems.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications to create reports and manage client information.
- Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while engaging with customers.
- Make sales to new and existing customers based on their needs.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Handle payments accurately when required and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or client services.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse clientele.
- Must come with insurance license P&C and L&H. Employer will pay for the courses and one exam. Once becoming fully licensed and appointed with State Farm there will be $1000 bonus!
- Proficiency in data entry with excellent typing skills to ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills for efficient task management.
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required. Having a strong drive and competitive spirit is essential in a sales/customer service role.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
