Position Overview
Riverwood Health & Rehab Center is seeking reliable and motivated Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our in-house subacute rehabilitation team. We are currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time PTAs.
This position is ideal for PTAs looking for stability, flexibility, and a supportive, team-oriented clinical environment.

Part-Time PTA
Key Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans in a subacute setting
Monitor resident progress and report changes to the supervising PT
Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises and mobility techniques
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal outcomes
Qualifications
Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
SNF or geriatric experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills
Reliable availability
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
