Job Overview
We are seeking skilled Servers and Bartenders to join our dynamic team in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in both fine dining and nightlife settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverages, knowledge with wine, providing excellent service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed to ensure the bar is well-stocked.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events and banquets.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to food safety regulations.
- Demonstrate time management skills by efficiently serving multiple customers in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
- Proficiency in Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Experience in fine dining, nightclub, or catering environments is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is an advantage.
