JT Kruk Associates, LLC, a dynamic public accounting firm with offices in Hingham & Braintree, MA, provides a wide range of tax, accounting and advisory services to a diverse roster of clients including small businesses and individuals. We're currently seeking a dedicated self-starter with 4+ years of recent public accounting experience to lead tax and accounting engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Tax Services – Prepare and review individual, corporate and partnership tax returns including entity returns.
- Accounting Services – Lead engagements throughout all phases of accounting including tax research, projections and analysis.
- Supervision – Review the work of a small junior staff.
- Client Services - Build client relationships and work collaboratively with clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 4+ years of recent public accounting tax experience
- CPA license a plus, but not required
- Quick learner with strong communication, organizational, analytical, client service, leadership and PC skills including MS Excel, QuickBooks and tax software proficiency (ATX software proficiency is both a plus)
- Attention to detail with the ability to professionally lead engagements, effectively interact with clients and staff at all levels and juggle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Real estate industry experience is a plus
