Pay: $1,400/weekly for 40 hours | W2: $35/hourly
JOB DESCRIPTION:

Shift: 5x8 Days
Duration: 6 weeks
Guaranteed hour: 40
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents according to their individual care plans and provider orders.
- Perform focused nursing assessments and monitor residents for changes in their condition.
- Check and document vital signs, blood glucose, pain levels, intake/output, and other clinical information.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered and according to facility policies.
- Monitor residents for medication effectiveness, adverse reactions, and changes in condition.
- Provide wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, feeding tube care, and other treatments within the LPN's scope and competency.
- Monitor residents with chronic conditions and report significant changes to the RN, provider, or appropriate healthcare professional.
- Participate in developing, updating, and implementing resident care plans.
REQUIREMENT:
- Active CPR/BLS
- Covid Card
- LPN State License
