Projects are Multi-Family Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Hospitality, Municipal, Religious . Work is both in the office and onsite field work.

- Design and develop architectural plans for new construction projects, renovations, and interior design projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints
- Use CAD and Adobe Creative Suite to create detailed 2D and 3D models of architectural designs
- Conduct site visits to assess existing structures and gather necessary measurements and data
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of architectural projects
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in architectural technology
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- 2-5 years experience as an Architect, preferably in a design firm or architectural consultancy
- Proficiency in using software such as ArchiCAD, Grasshopper, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and project management techniques
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ability to think creatively and problem-solve to overcome design challenges
- Familiarity with building codes, zoning regulations, and permit requirements
- Business development skills to attract new clients and generate project leads

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
