Methuen CDJR — part of The Best Automotive Group — is opening a brand-new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership in the heart of the Merrimack Valley, and we’re building the fixed-ops leadership team from the ground up. We’re hiring a Service Manager to run the service department at our brand-new Methuen CDJR store. You will own the service drive, the shop floor, the numbers, and the team. Service Advisors, Dispatcher, Technicians, Lube Techs, and Porters all report through you. This is a P&L seat — you’re running a business inside the business, and you’ll have the tools, the equipment, and the leadership backing to do it right.
Compensation: $125,000–$205,000 per year (base + bonuses on customer-pay gross, hours per RO, CSI, and department net profit). Top of the range goes to proven CDJR / high-volume Service Managers who can hit numbers and hold CSI at the same time.
