As a Bilingual Recruiter / Staffing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, onboarding, and employee management in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This position is critical in supporting a Spanish-speaking workforce, ensuring clear communication, compliance, and an exceptional employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume recruiting and hiring efforts, including candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding for industrial and light industrial roles
- Serve as the primary contact for applicants and employees, supporting walk-ins, bilingual communication, new hire processing, and employee relations
- Conduct new hire orientations, pre-employment screenings, and compliance documentation (I-9, W-4, onboarding forms) with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate daily staffing operations, including dispatch, employee scheduling, call-offs, and client communication
- Process weekly payroll and maintain accurate records in Avionté ATS and HR systems
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Avionté, and Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality hires, meet staffing KPIs, and support client workforce needs
- Ability to effectively communicate with and support a diverse, Spanish-speaking workforce
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred
- 1+ year of experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, customer service, or high-volume hiring environments
- Experience in light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics staffing preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required – must be able to communicate fluently in both verbal and written formats
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, performance-based environment with strong problem-solving skills

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
