What You’ll Be Doing
As a Fixture Installer and merchandiser, you’ll be responsible for execution:
- Execute Installs: Assemble and install heavy-duty steel fixtures, gondola systems, and racking
- Work in High-Bay Environments: Operate in stores with exposed structural steel, high ceilings, and lift equipment
- Read & Execute Plans: Interpret blueprints, layouts, and Plan-O-Grams (POGs/MODs)
- Ensure Safety & Quality: Maintain safety standards when working with lifts, tools, and overhead structures
- Problem Solve in Real Time: Adjust layouts, troubleshoot issues, and keep projects moving
What We’re Looking For
- 1-3+ years in retail installation, merchandising, or construction environments
- Experience in high-bay / warehouse-style retail stores (in a travelling merchandising role)
Travel & Requirements
- Weekly travel (500+ miles, overnight stays)
- Reliable transportation + basic tools
- Safety-toe shoes required
