Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude
- Manage reservations and seating assignments
- Escort guests to their tables
- Maintain an organized waitlist and dining room flow
- Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
- Communicate closely with servers and management
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and service
Requirements:
- Previous hosting or customer-service experience preferred
- Professional appearance and communication
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Availability on evenings and weekends
