Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and friendly People Greeter to create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and guests to our medical office. This role is vital in ensuring positive first impressions, providing exceptional guest services, and assisting with various operational tasks around the medical office. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, personable, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the smooth flow of daily activities. Responsibilities
- Welcoming Guests: Greet every visitor with a warm smile and a friendly verbal welcome as they arrive. Hold doors open for incoming guests.
- Providing Information: Answer basic questions about clinic layouts, schedules, and services. Direct guest complaints to upper management and supervisory personnel.
- Directing Traffic: Guide patients to room, lab, or check-in counters to prevent crowding.
- Ensuring Safety: Monitor the entrance area for safety hazards, security concerns, or customer needs.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Previous greeter experience a plus.
- Veterans are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work Mon-Fri daytime hours (full time or part time option)
