Job Overview
The Executive Care Coordinator (ECC) serves as the primary non-clinical point of contact and
administrative lead for all Next Health patients — including advanced longevity clients, VIPs, and
program-based patients.
The core purpose of the ECC role is to manage scheduling, communications, and coordination of services while
anticipating patient needs and delivering a personalized, concierge-level wellness experience.
Responsibilities
Schedule & Calendar Management
- Manage and maintain patient schedules, including provider visits, diagnostics, labs, imaging, and
- follow-ups.
- Proactively anticipate patient needs by booking quarterly or program-based services in advance.
- Adjust appointments to align with provider availability and patient preferences.
- Clearly communicate schedule updates to patients and internal teams to maintain an organized workflow.
Communication Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Next Level Wellness patients.
- Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries via email, phone, and text.
- Provide accurate information regarding services, appointments, labs, and program logistics.
- Ensure clear and timely communication between patients, providers, nurses, front desk, and internal departments
On-Site Patient Experience
- Ensure an exceptional on-site experience by greeting patients warmly upon arrival, supporting efficient check-in and intake, and anticipating patient needs throughout visits
- Coordinate with providers and front desk teams to maintain smooth patient flow.
- Address concerns promptly to uphold Next Health's concierge-level standards.
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
