Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated, personable Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will meet with homeowners, provide accurate roof inspections, deliver professional proposals, and close high-quality roofing projects.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct on-site roof inspections and consultations
- Build trust with homeowners and insurance agents
- Present proposals and close sales
- Manage leads from insurance claims, referrals, and marketing
- Work closely with our production team for smooth job handoff
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales experience (roofing or home improvement preferred but not required)
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Michigan Salesperson License (or ability to obtain quickly)
