While most of the world is asleep, our night shift crew is running precision machines, solving problems, and building parts that matter. If you like a quieter shop, less traffic on the way in, and a crew that has each other's backs, this could be your spot.
We're looking for a CNC Mill Operator who knows their way around a mill and takes pride in getting it right the first time.
What you'll do:
- Set up and operate CNC Mills with confidence
- Read blueprints and use precision tools (micrometers, calipers, air gauges) like a pro
- Verify parts match work orders before they head to QC
- Keep your workstation clean, safe, and running smoothly
- Train up teammates and share what you know
- Handle your paperwork accurately and on time
- Bring good energy to the crew — attitude matters as much as skill
What we're looking for:
- Experience setting up and running a CNC Mill
- Comfort with precision measuring tools
- Self-motivated, reliable, and a team player
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active on your feet (bending, reaching, kneeling — this job moves)
- Reliable attendance (we count on you, and you can count on us)
- Willingness to pitch in on OT when the schedule calls for it
