Overview:
Experience is not required. We are seeking reliable Assistant Growers and Trimmers to join our team. As a Team member, you will play a crucial role in the cultivation and maintenance of plants and trimming at our farm. Duties will include at times running a trim machine, trimming of flower that has gone through a Greenbros trimmer, packaging and prepping sales orders. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a passion for horticulture.
Duties:
Trimming of marijuana flower
- Trim and prune plants according to established guidelines and standards
- Assist with the irrigation process to ensure plants receive adequate water
- Monitor plant health and report any issues or abnormalities to supervisors
- Harvest plants at the appropriate time for maximum yield and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Help to set farm up for the season.
- Help to trim Flower and prepare orders as needed and on hot days
Skills:
Must have or will to get a MED Badge
- Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50lbs and physical tasks as required
- Familiarity with growing cycles and plant development stages
- Ability to use hand tools effectively for trimming purposes
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating plant quantities
