We are interviewing full-time/part-time on-site roles for a Medical Assistant. The MA role will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks, including assisting clinicians with patient care, managing medical records and documentation, supporting daily office operations, and communicating effectively with patients, team members, and other medical professionals.Qualifications<ul><li>Certified Medical Assistant</li><li>Strong phlebotomy skills</li><li>Experience working in a medical office environment</li><li>Experience managing medical records and documentation</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with patients, team members, and other medical professionals</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus</li><li>Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification is required</li></ul>Other Job Duties May Include but are Not Limited To:<ul><li>Greet and communicate with clients</li><li>Keep office in order</li><li>Answer customers' questions and address concerns</li><li>Answer incoming calls and redirect them, or take messages</li><li>Check, sort, and forward emails</li><li>Phlebotomy duties for clients</li><li>Educate clients on Optimal Recovery Modalities</li><li>Assist clients with utilizing Recovery Modalities</li><li>Educate clients on various injection therapies</li><li>Charting in EMR</li><li>Appointment Scheduling</li></ul>Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Opportunities for advancement</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Phlebotomy: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Ocala, FL 34476 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Ocala, FL 34476: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
