We are immediately hiring a Security Dispatcher. To be considered for this position you must have 1 year of prior experience in role.
Our fast-paced service department is looking for a dedicated Service Dispatcher who thrives in dynamic environments and takes pride in solving problems efficiently. You’ll be at the heart of our field operations—coordinating schedules, assisting customers, and ensuring our technicians are supported to deliver excellent service every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer sites
- Manage daily and long-term technician scheduling to maximize field productivity
- Review service tickets for accuracy and ensure timely follow-up
- Handle incoming service-related calls and inquiries from clients
- Provide quotes for go-back or follow-up services
- Maintain organized tracking of open jobs and dispatch queues
What We're Looking For
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Fast learner who can adapt quickly to shifting priorities
- Familiarity with the Chicagoland area is a strong plus
- Reliable, responsible, and able to pass a background check
- A team player who takes initiative and ownership of tasks
