1 year of Food and Beverage Service Experience preferred.
Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Able to pass a Food Handler certification exam
Sufficient education or training to read, write, count and follow verbal and written instructions
Be able to work quickly and concisely under pressure.
Available to work holidays and weekends as well as shorter or longer hours due to business volume.
Physical Requirements
Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, and stooping.
Expect constant walking and standing during shifts.
Occasional crawling and climbing.
Regularly lift and carry items weighing 20 to 40 pounds, including lifting trays overhead as part of food exposition duties.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
The role will require wearing uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Ability to work inside kitchen area, interacting with heated equipment, various foods, loud noise, chemicals and other at risk conditions.
Exposure to extreme temperature changes.
