Hicks Logistics Solutions LLC, is a Fort Worth based motor carrier seeking professional CDL A Owner Operator to join our Houston fleet. We are looking for a responsible and reliable Owner Operator to help provide container drayage service from the ports of Houston to various same -day locations within the great state of Texas. Most lanes are to DFW or Austin. Same day turnaround.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-trailers across designated routes between Houston and various same-day points within Texas.
- Transport freight loads including non-hazardous / legal weight ocean containers and refrigerated containers.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle and container / chassis safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
- Utilization of our Samsara devices and application to maintain accurate logs of driving hours, route details, and cargo documentation for compliance and operational purposes.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch teams through text and Trinium MC3 application use to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and route adjustments.
- Uphold safety standards by adhering to all traffic laws, safety protocols, during every trip.
Experience
- 2 years of Intermodal / Drayage experience is preferred.
- 3 years CDL experience required.
- TWIC Card required.
Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per week
